Cristela Alonzo is an American comedian and writer is also a producer. Her most well-known work is the TV show Cristela that began airing in the year 2014. It was her first Latina ever to create, produce and write her own show for a network. Born in Texas, and later moved to Los Angeles later to further her career. She's been in guest roles in TV shows such as Sons of Anarchy' and General Hospital. She is also a scriptwriter for the TV show Mind of Mencia. She is also a host and on the TV series "The View".
