Alyson Rae Stoner is an American actor, singer and dancer. Cheaper the Dozen Cheaper the Dozen 2, and the Step Up films are just a few of the film roles they have played. Alyson began her career as a triple-threat in the Disney Channel co-hosting Mike's Super Short Show. When she was seven years old, she won the attention of an older audience by playing the Little Pigtailed Dancer in the Missy Elliott music video Missy Elliott Work It (2002). Alyson Stoner, born on 11 August 1993, is an American actor, singer, songwriter, choreographer and voice model and actress who portrayed Max as Max in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody as well as currently voice Isabella Garcia-Shapiro and Jenny on Phineas and Ferb. The roles she has played before include Sally, Mike's Super Short Show.. and now she has revealed her experiences of a "four-year-old vegan/plant-based" lifestyle on an Instagram posting. Stoner has stated that she doesn't 'tell the public what to do to their own health'. But she wanted to share the ways that avoiding animal products helped her physical as well as mental health.
