Andree Martinez

Andree was raised within El Paso Texas. She was born and brought up in Chihuahua Mexico. Her family is one that has entertainment genealogies. As a young child she had a love affair with TV hosts such as Karla Martnez (Host of Univision's Despierta America! (1997)) and family musicians and performers. Andrew Martinez is the vice director of Safety Security as well as business Resiliency for Southern California Edison, one of America's biggest electric utilities. SCE has made worker safety and corporate security a priority. Martinez is in charge of programs and initiatives specifically focused on these areas. Martinez offers safety managers throughout the organization the mentorship and quality programs needed in order to meet their group safety goals. Before taking on his current position Martinez was director of Safety Training and Compliance for Transmission & Distribution at SCE. Prior to that he served as the director of Safety and Compliance for Power Supply and Operational Services at SCE. In his 30-year tenure at SCE Martinez has held several management positions in corrective actions as well as performance improvement programmes, such as positions at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station (SONGS) which focused on protecting workers as well as the general public from dangers.
